Durable demo lab LifeHub experiments

LifeHub Lab

A durable launchpad for LifeHub demonstrations, experiments, prototypes, and testable ideas that should be visible from a URL without hunting through repository files.

Lab boundary: LifeHub Lab is for demos and experiments. It is not the canonical source of truth, not a production app, and not a promise that a demo is connected to live runtime systems. Each demo should say what is live, simulated, or experimental.

Current demos

Agent Bus

Agent Bus Interactive Sandbox

A no-CLI browser sandbox for creating mock Agent Bus tasks, routing them to queues, advancing lifecycle states, recording results/deadletters, creating child tasks, and exporting local state.

Status: interactive browser-only sandbox using localStorage. Not connected to Redis. Does not run Codex, Hermes, Adam, workers, browser wake, or a production UI.

Future

Next demo slot

Use this lab for future LifeHub experiments across Agent Bus, Adam Core, Mongu workflows, Style Studio, or any prototype that benefits from quick review by URL.

How demos belong here

Good fit

Explainers, prototypes, seeded workflows, reviewable UI sketches, non-production dashboards, mock task flows, and temporary experiments that need a URL.

Not a good fit

Canonical policy, secrets, production credentials, private raw data, anything requiring authentication unless intentionally protected, or authoritative records that belong elsewhere.

Rule

Every demo should make its status explicit: static, simulated, live, experimental, or deprecated.
